• PREPROGRAM - The facilitator will work with you before the program to develop a plan to respond to your team’s current issues and needs.
• ON SITE - Experiential learning through teambuilding games overcomes barriers to learning. Participatory learning includes team objectives, roles & challenges. Action plan transfers TeamWorkz principles to the workplace.
• FOLLOW-UP - Teambuilding is a process. Team members will select key learning points to plan improvements in their work-based interactions. Follow-up programs can be scheduled at DB-AZ or at the work site.
